I started taking st John's wort again. I stopped because it was giving me terrible nightmares. Right now I'm thinking the nightmares would be better than the depression.
Oh to park my car up, run a hose into it from the exhaust and drift off to sleep and never wake up again. A forever rest. Bliss.
