AAAAARGGGHHHH!!!! It’s not fair! This sucks!!!!!! My daughters friend is a little yelly this morning. I wander over to her room. “Period has arrived huh”? I say. “It’s so unfair” she complains. “Good news! I haven got mine” I tease. “Yaaaaahhhhh” is her response to that. “Need some painkillers”? She nods “And chocolate”? “Yes?” she says. I go off, grab her some food, water painkillers and a bit of chocolate. And I smile, knowing I have a home that’s safe enough that women can tell me these things.
